Take notice that on March 26, 1999, Kansas Pipeline Company (Kansas Pipeline) tendered for filing Revised Tariff Sheets, as part of its FERC Gas Tariff, Original Volume No. 1, to be effective April 1, 1999: Second Revised Sheet No. 15 Second Revised Sheet No. 17 Second Revised Sheet No. 21 Second Revised Sheet No. 23 Second Revised Sheet No. 26 Second Revised Sheet No. 28 Second Revised Sheet No. 30 Second Revised Sheet No. 32 Kansas Pipeline states that this filing is made in accordance with Section 23 (Fuel Reimbursement Adjustment) of the General Terms and Conditions of Kansas Pipeline's FERC Gas Tariff. The substitute revised tariff sheets reflect corrections to the revised tariff sheets filed on October 1 and reflect the following corrected changes to the Fuel Reimbursement Percentages: (1) a 12.4% decrease in the Zone 1 Reimbursement Percentage for volumes delivered between April and October; (2) a 12.7% decrease in the Zone 1 Fuel Reimbursement Percentage for volumes delivered between November and March; (3) the Zone 2 Fuel Reimbursement Percentage remains at 0.00%; and (4) the Zone 3 Fuel Reimbursement Percentage remains at 0.00%. Kansas Pipeline states that copies of this filing are being served on all affected customers and applicable state regulatory agencies.
