Take notice that on December 16, 1999, K N Interstate Gas Transmission Co. (KNI) tendered for filing as part of its FERC Gas Tariff, Third Revised Volume No. 1-A, the following revised tariff sheet, to be effective January 1, 2000. Tenth Revised Sheet No. 4D KNI states that this filing contains revised mainline transmission and storage fuel and loss reimbursement percentages, pursuant to KNI's Offer of Settlement and Stipulation and Agreement in Docket Nos. RP98- 117, et al. KNI proposes an effective date of January 1, 2000, for the reduced fuel and loss reimbursement percentages reflected in the filing. Any person desiring to be heard or to protest said filing should file a motion to intervene or a protest with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, 888 First Street, NE, Washington, DC 20426, in accordance with Sections 385.214 or 385.211 of the Commission's Rules and Regulations.
