Description of Amendment: SCE filed an application to remove certain transmission facilities from the project because they are part of SCE's interconnected system and are no longer necessary for project's operation and maintenance. SCE also proposed to add to the project boundary certain appurtenant facilities, such as telephone lines, steam gages, water tanks, and other miscellaneous equipments, that are used for the project. l.
