Take notice that on October 21, 1998, Gulf States Transmission Corporation (Gulf States) submitted revised standards of conduct in response to the Commission's September 24, 1998 Order on Standards of Conduct. 84 FERC para. 61,311 (1998). Gulf States states that it has served copies of the filing upon all of its affected customers and state regulatory commissions. Any person desiring to be heard or to protest said filing should file a motion to intervene or protest with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, 888 First Street, N.E., Washington, D.C. 20426, in accordance with Rules 211 or 214 of the Commission's Rules of Practice and Procedure (18 CFR 385.211 or 385.214).
