ACTION: Notice of meeting. ----------------------------------------------------------------------- SUMMARY: This notice announces a public meeting, open to all interested parties, to discuss and comment on the Federal Transit Administration's (FTA) new Joint Partnership Program (JPP). The purpose of the meeting is to outline the JPP, to receive comments and suggestions on the Program from meeting attendees, and to answer questions. DATES: The meeting will take place on November 13, 1998, from 8 a.m. to 12:00 noon.
