ACTION: Notice. ----------------------------------------------------------------------- SUMMARY: This notice amends the notice of an emergency for the State of Alabama, (FEMA-3133-EM), dated September 28, 1998, and related determinations. SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: The notice of an emergency for the State of Alabama, is hereby amended to include the following areas among those areas determined to have been adversely affected by the catastrophe declared an emergency by the President in his declaration of September 28, 1998: Direct Federal assistance and emergency protective measures (Category B) beginning September 29, 1998, and ending October 2, 1998, at 100 percent Federal funding and debris removal (Category A) at 75 percent Federal funding for the following counties: Butler and Conecuh Counties.
