Take notice that on October 9, 1998, Texas-Ohio Pipeline, Inc. (Texas-Ohio), [[Page 56015]] tendered for filing to become part of its FERC Gas Tariff, Original Volume No. 1, the following revised tariff sheets, to be effective November 2, 1998: First Revised Sheet No. 53A Second Revised Sheet No. 54 Second Revised Sheet No. 54A Second Revised Sheet No. 78 Texas-Ohio states that the purpose of this compliance filing is to conform its tariff to requirements of Order No. 587-H. Texas-Ohio further states that copies of this filing have been served on Texas-Ohio's jurisdictional customers and interested state commissions. Any person desiring to be heard or to protest said filing should file a motion to intervene or a protest with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, 888 First Street, NE., Washington, DC 20426, in accordance with Sections 385.214 or 385.211 of the Commission's Rules and Regulations. All such motions or protests must be filed in accordance with Section 154.210 of the Commission's Regulations.
