Submission for OMB Review; Comment Request

    The Department of Commerce (DOC) has submitted to the Office of 
Management and Budget (OMB) for clearance the following proposal for 
collection of information under the provisions of the Paperwork 
Reduction act (44 U.S.C. Chapter 35).
    Agency: National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA).
    Title: Seafood Inspection Services.
    Agency Form Number(s): NOAA Forms 89-800, 89-814, 89-819.
    OMB Approval Number: 0648-0266.
    Type of Request: Revision of a currently approved collection.
    Burden: 13,065 hours.
    Number of Respondents: 7,082.
    Avg. Hours Per Response: Ranges between 5 minutes and 105 hours 
depending on the requirement.
    Needs and Uses: NOAA operates a voluntary fee-for-service seafood 
inspection program. Federally-inspected products may display official 
quality grade marks. Those wishing to participate in the program must 
request the services and submit specific compliance information.
    Affected Public: Businesses or other for-profit organizations.
    Frequently: On occasion.
