PanEnergy Louisiana Intrastate Company; Notice of Compliance 
Filing

November 6, 1998.
    Take notice that on September 24, 1998, PanEnergy Louisiana 
Intrastate Company (PELICO) in compliance with the September 21, 1998 
Letter Order in PR98-11-000, filed an amended page 3 of the Statement 
of Operating Conditions (Statement), to be effective April 12, 1998.
    Any person desiring to participate in this rate proceeding must 
file a motion to intervene or protest with the Federal Energy 
Regulatory Commission, 888 First Street, NE, Washington, DC, in 
accordance with Sections 385.211 and 385.214 of the Commission's Rules 
of Practice and Procedures. All motions or protests must be filed on or 
before November 17, 1998. The petition for rate approval is on file 
with the Commission and is available for public inspection.
