AGENCY: Federal Communications Commission.

ACTION: Final rule.

SUMMARY: This document allots Channel 286A to Whitefish, Montana, in 
response to a petition filed by Whitefish Broadcasting Company. See 63 
FR 39805, July 24, 1998. The coordinates for Channel 286A at Whitefish 
are 48-24-42 and 114-20-18. Canadian concurrence has been obtained for 
this allotment. With this action, this proceeding is terminated.

EFFECTIVE DATE: December 21, 1998.
