ACTION: Notice; request for public comment. ----------------------------------------------------------------------- SUMMARY: Notice is hereby given that a proposed prospective purchaser agreement associated with the Bonne Terre Superfund Site, located in St. Francois County, Missouri, was executed by the Agency on June 24, 1998, and concurred upon by the United States Department of Justice on September 10, 1998.
