ACTION: Correction.

    In notice document 98-31367 beginning on page 64944, in the issue 
of Tuesday, November 24, 1998, make the following correction:
    On page 64945, in the third column, under the heading ``Program 
Funding'', in the second line the dollar amount should read 
``$5,000,000''.
