Take notice that on December 1, 1998, TCP Gathering Co. (TCP) tendered for filing to become a part of TCP's FERC Gas Tariff, Original Volume No. 1, the following revised tariff sheet(s) to be effective January 1, 1999. [[Page 68276]] Third Revised Sheet No. 6 TCP states that this filing is being submitted in compliance with the Gas Research Institute's (GRI) application seeking approval of its 1999 RD&D program recently approved by the Commission in Docket No. RP98-235. TCP states that copies of the filing were served upon all affected firm cutomers of TCP and applicable state agencies. Any person desiring to be heard or to protest said filing should file a motion to intervene or a protest with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, 888 First Street, NE., Washington, DC 20426, in accordance with Sections 385.214 or 385.211 of the Commission's Rules and Regulations. All such motions or protests must be filed in accordance with Section 154.210 of the Commission's Regulations. Protests will be considered by the Commission in determining the appropriate action to be taken, but will not serve to make protestants parties to the proceedings.
