The Committee will hold a consultation with State representatives, business leaders, and minority community advocates to (1) discuss barriers that adversely effect minority and women-owned businesses, (2) identify solutions that can increase their share in statewide economic opportunities, and (3) identify examples of successful ventures that have included a large number of minority and women-owned firms. Persons desiring additional information, or planning a presentation to the Committee, should contact Committee Chairperson Sieglinde A.
