SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: Title: Application For License or Permit Under 18 U.S.C. Chapter 40, Explosives. OMB Number: 1512-0182. Form Number: ATF F 5400.13/5400.16. Abstract: Chapter 40, Title 18, U.S.C. provides that any person engaged in the business of explosive materials as a dealer, manufacturer, or importer shall be licensed. The information collected on the form is used to determine if the applicant is qualified to be a licensee or permittee under the provisions of the statute. There is no record retention requirement for the applicant. Current Actions: There are no changes to this information collection and it is being submitted for extension purposes only. Type of Review: Extension. Affected Public: Business or other for-profit, individuals or households, not-for-profit institutions, State, Local or Tribal Government. Estimated Number of Respondents: 2,100. Estimated Time Per Respondent: 3 hours. Estimated Total Annual Burden Hours: 6,200.
