Description: Application of Northwest Airlines, Inc., pursuant to 49 U.S.C. 41108 and 41102 and Subpart Q of the Department's Rules of Practice, requests issuance of a certificate of public convenience and necessity authorizing it to provide foreign air transportation of persons, property, and mail between any point in the United States directly and via intermediate points and any point in France and beyond France to points in third countries, except that it does not seek authority in the New York-Paris market. Northwest further requests authority to integrate this certificate authority with any other certificate or exemption authority that it holds to provide scheduled foreign air transportation, consistent with applicable agreements between the U.
