[Federal Register: May 8, 1998 (Volume 63, Number 89)] [Notices] [Page 25465] From the Federal Register Online via GPO Access [wais.access.gpo.gov] [DOCID:fr08my98-41] ----------------------------------------------------------------------- DEPARTMENT OF ENERGY Federal Energy Regulatory Commission [Docket No. ER98-2623-000] Cook Inlet Energy Supply Limited Partnership; Notice of Filing May 4, 1998. Take notice that on April 21, 1998, Cook Inlet Energy Supply Limited Partnership (Cook Inlet), in compliance with the Commission's July 10, 1996, Letter Order approving its market-based rate schedule, submitted for filing a Notification of Change in Status. The Cook Inlet filing describes the development of wind energy projects by affiliates of Cook Inlet and concludes that these transactions do not alter the characteristics that the Commission relied upon in approving the market-based pricing for Cook Inlet. Any person desiring to be heard or to protest said filing should file a motion to intervene or protest with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, 888 First Street, NE, Washington, DC 20426, in accordance with Rules 211 and 214 of the Commission's Rules of Practice and Procedures (18 CFR 385.211 and 18 CFR 385.214). All such motions or protests should be filed on or before May 15, 1998. Protests will be considered by the Commission in determining the appropriate action to be taken, but will not serve to make protestants parties to the proceedings. Any person wishing to become a party must file a motion to intervene. Copies of this filing are on file with the Commission and are available for public inspection. Linwood A.
