Knauss Policy Fellowship was established to provide a unique educational experience for students enrolled in graduate programs in fields related to marine or Great Lakes studies. The program matches highly qualified graduate students with hosts in the Legislative or Executive Branches, or with appropriate associations or institutions located in Washington, D.C. Applicants must complete and submit an application. II. Method of Collection A Federal Register notice is periodically published to solicit applications. No forms are used. III.
