Williston Basin Interstate Pipeline Company; Notice of Further 
Technical Conference

April 9, 1998.
    On April 7, 1998, pursuant to the January 30, 1998 order in this 
docket,\1\ staff convened a technical conference at which the parties 
addressed issues related to Williston Basin Interstate Pipeline 
Company's (Williston Basin) proposal to implement a paper pooling 
service. Parties in attendance requested that an additional technical 
conference be held.

    Take notice that the second technical conference will be held on
