Sunshine Act Meeting of the Board of Directors Committee on 
Provision for the Delivery of Legal Services

TIME AND DATE: The Committee on Provision for the Delivery of Legal 
Services of the Legal Services Corporation Board of Directors will meet 
on April 6, 1998. The meeting will begin at 9:00 a.m. and continue 
until conclusion of the committee's agenda.

MATTERS TO BE CONSIDERED: 
    1. Approval of agenda.
    2. Approval of minutes of the Feb. 6, 1998, committee meeting.
    3. Report on current and proposed activities of the Office of 
Program Operations.
    4. Presentation by LSC recipients about legal services delivery 
issues in the Southwest.
    5. Consider and act on other business.
