Texas

    San Augustine and Polk Counties and the contiguous Counties of 
Angelina, Hardin, Jasper, Liberty, Nacogdoches, Sabine, San Jacinto, 
Shelby, Trinity, and Tyler in the State of Texas constitute a disaster 
area as a result of damages caused by tornadoes and high winds that 
occurred on February 10, 1998. Applications for loans for physical 
damage as a direct result of this disaster may be filed until the close 
of business on May 11, 1998 and for economic injury until the close of 
business on December 10, 1998 at the address listed below or other 
locally announced locations:
