State of Mississippi and Contiguous Parishes in Louisiana

    Adams County and the contiguous Counties of Franklin, Jefferson, 
and Wilkinson in the State of Mississippi and the contiguous Parishes 
of Concordia and Tensas in the State of Louisiana constitute a disaster 
area as a result of damages caused by tornadoes and severe storms that 
occurred on February 26, 1998. Applications for loans for physical 
damage disaster as a result of this disaster may be filed until the 
close of business on May 11, 1998 and for economic injury until the 
close of business on December 14, 1998 at the address listed below or 
other locally announced locations:
