LAKE 95-114-RM, etc. (Issues include whether the judge correctly determined that (a) Lafarge committed a violation of 30 C.F.R. Sec. 56.16002(a)(1), (b) the violation was the result of Lafarge's unwarrantable failure, and (c) a foreman is personally liable under section 110(c) of the Mine Act. Any person attending the meeting who requires special accessibility features and/or auxiliary aids, such as sign language interpreters, must inform the Commission in advance of those needs.
