Copies of these documents, as well as the resource study reports previously distributed for review and comment, are available for review at Georgia Power Company's Plant Mitchell Office, 5200 Radium Springs Road, Albany, GA 31705. i. As discussed in the Commission's March 6, 1996, letter to all parties, with this notice we are soliciting preliminary terms, conditions, and recommendations on the Draft License Application and Preliminary DEA. j. All comments on the Draft License Application and Preliminary DEA should be sent to the address noted above in Item (f), with one copy filed with the Commission at the following address: Allan E.
