ACTION: Notice. ----------------------------------------------------------------------- SUMMARY: The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) is announcing an amendment to the notice of a joint meeting of the Hematology and Pathology Devices Panel and the Immunology Devices Panel of the Medical Devices Advisory Committee that is scheduled for September 4, 1998. This meeting was announced in the Federal Register of August 13, 1998 (63 FR 43401). The amendment is being made to reflect changes in the Date and Time and Procedure portions of the meeting. On page 43401, in the second column, the ``Date and Time'' portion is amended to read as follows: Date and Time: The meeting will be held on September 4, 1998, 8 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. On page 43401, in the third column, the ``Procedure'' portion is amended to read as follows: Procedure: Interested persons may present data, information, or views, orally or in writing, on issues pending before the committee. Written submissions may be made to the contact person by August 21, 1998. Oral presentations from the public will be scheduled between approximately 8:15 a.m. and 8:45 a.m. * * *.
