Sunshine Act Meeting of the Board of Directors Committee on 
Provision for the Delivery of Legal Services

TIME AND DATE: The Committee on Provision for the Delivery of Legal 
Services of the Legal Services Corporation Board of Directors will meet 
on September 11, 1998. The meeting will begin at 2:00 pm and continue 
until conclusion of the committee's agenda.

LOCATION: Holiday Inn Civic Centre, 300 E. Ohio Street, Chicago, IL 
80811.

STATUS OF MEETING: Open.

MATTERS TO BE CONSIDERED:
1. Approval of agenda.
2. Approval of minutes of the June 12, 1998, committee meeting.
3. Staff presentation on State Planning.
4. Field Presentation on the use of alternative dispute resolution in 
legal services programs.
5. Consider and act on other business.
