SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: Pursuant to the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995 (44 U.S.C. 3506(c)(2)(A)), the Financial Management Service solicits comments on the collection of information described below. Title: Schedule of Excess Risks. OMB Number: 1510-0004. Form Number: FMS-285-A. Abstract: This information is collected to assist the Treasury Department determine whether a certified or applicant company is solvent and able to carry out its contracts, and whether the company is in compliance with Treasury excess risk regulations for writing Federal surety bonds. Current Actions: Extension of currently approved collection. Type of Review: Regular. Affected Public: Businesses or other for-profit. Estimated Number of Respondents: 1,288. Estimated Time Per Respondent: 20 hours. Estimated Total Annual Burden Hours: 25,760. Comments: Comments submitted in response to this notice will be summarized and/or included in the request for Office of Management and Budget approval. All comments will become a matter of public record.
