AGENCY: Environmental Protection Agency (EPA).

ACTION: Notice of meeting.

SUMMARY: Pursuant to the Federal Advisory Committee Act, Public Act, 
Public Law 92-463, notice is hereby given that the Clean Diesel 
Independent

Review Panel of the Clean Air Act Advisory Committee will hold its 
fourth and final meeting on September 24 and 25, 2002. All panel 
meetings are open to the public. The preliminary agenda for this 
meeting will be available on the panel's website in mid-September:

DATES: Tuesday, September 24, 2002, from 10 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. 
Registration begins at 9:30 a.m. Wednesday, September 25, 2002, from
