Iroquois Gas Transmission System, L.P.; Notice of Compliance 
Filing


November 20, 2002.
    Take notice that on November 15, 2002, Iroquois Gas Transmission 
System, L.P. (Iroquois) tendered for filing Third Revised Sheet No. 36; 
Third Revised Sheet No. 50A; Second Revised Sheet No. 50B; and Sixth 
Revised Sheet No. 57A, proposed to become effective November 1, 2002.
    Iroquois states that these sheets were submitted in compliance with 
the Commission's October 31, 2002, Order on Compliance Filing issued in 
Docket No. RP00-411-000, et al. The tariff sheets included herewith 
reflect changes required by the Commission.
    Iroquois states that copies of its filing were served on all 
jurisdictional customers and interested state regulatory agencies and 
all parties to the proceeding.
    Any person desiring to protest said filing should file a protest 
with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, 888 First Street, NE., 
Washington, DC 20426, in accordance with section 385.211 of the 
Commission's rules and regulations. All such protests must be filed in 
accordance with section 154.210 of the Commission's regulations. 
Protests will be considered by the Commission in determining the 
appropriate action to be taken, but will not serve to make protestants 
parties to the proceedings. This filing is available for review at the 
Commission in the Public Reference Room or may be viewed on the
