Availability for Non-Exclusive, Exclusive, or Partially Exclusive 
Licensing of U.S. Patent Application Concerning Chemical Information 
Systems

AGENCY: Department of the Army, DOD.

ACTION: Notice.

SUMMARY: In accordance with 37 CFR 404.6 and 404.7, announcement is 
made of the availability for licensing of U.S. Patent Application No. 
09/436,226 entitled ``Chemical Information Systems,'' filed November 9, 
1999. The United States Government, as represented by the Secretary of 
the Army has rights in this invention.

SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: A chemical information system having a 
graphical user interface that allows manipulation of multiple databases 
having related material and information. The system includes a server 
and multiple workstations communicating with the server. The databases 
reside on the server, which may include multiple servers.
