    Petitions for Reconsideration have been filed in the Commission's 
rulemaking proceedings listed in this Public Notice and published 
pursuant to 47 CFR 1.429(e). The full test of this document is

Commission's Rules to redesignate the 27.5-29.5 GHz frequency band, to 
reallocate the 29.5-30.0 GHz frequency band, to establish rules and 
polices for local multipoint distribution service and for fixed 
satellite services (CC Docket No. 92-297).
