AGENCY: Federal Communications Commission.
ACTION: Final rule.

SUMMARY: The Commission, at the request of Central Texas College,
substitutes DTV channel 38 for DTV channel 47c at Belton, Texas. See 67
FR 59490, September 23, 2002. DTV channel 38 can be allotted to Belton,
Texas, in compliance with the principle community coverage requirements
of section 73.625(a) at reference coordinates 30-59-08 N. and 97-37-51
W. with a power of 200, HAAT of 392.9 meters and with a DTV service
population of 735 thousand. With this action, this proceeding is
terminated.
