The on-site educational programs feature many hands on activities for student participation.

The Fort Necessity/National Road Interpretive and Education Center opened in October 2005. The building includes extensive exhibits on Fort Necessity and the National Road, a new film, an expanded bookstore, and learning laboratory.

New on-site educational programs are available for schools to get the most from their visit to the site.
