West Virginia; Amendment No. 10 to Notice of a Major Disaster 
Declaration

AGENCY: Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA).

ACTION: Notice.

SUMMARY: This notice amends the notice of a major disaster for the 
State of West Virginia (FEMA-1378-DR), dated June 3, 2001, and related 
determinations.

EFFECTIVE DATE: July 31, 2001.

SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: Notice is hereby given of the reopening of 
the incident period for this disaster. The incident period for this 
declared disaster is now May 15, 2001, and continuing.
