Tariff, Fourth Revised Volume No. 1, the following tariff sheet to
become effective October 1, 2001:

Forty-First Revised Sheet No. 9

National states that under Article II, Section 2, of the
settlement, it is required to recalculate the maximum Interruptible
Gathering (IG) rate monthly and to charge that rate on the first day of
the following month if the result is an IG rate more than 2 cents above
or below the IG rate as calculated under Section 1 of Article II. The

Article III, Section 1 states that any overruns of the Firm Gathering
service provided by National shall be priced at the maximum IG rate.
