Filing

June 19, 2001.
Take notice that on May 31, 2001, TransColorado Gas Transmission
Company (TransColorado) tendered for filing as part of its FERC Gas
Tariff, Original Volume No. 1, Twenty-Fifth Revised Sheet No. 21 and
Twenty-First Revised Sheet No. 22, with an effective date of June 1,

TransColorado states that the filing is being made in compliance
with the Commission's letter order issued March 20, 1997, in Docket No.

Cedar Gathering Company and El Paso Merchant Energy, L.P. In addition,
the tendered tariff sheets reflect the deletion of one expired
contract.
TransColorado stated that a copy of this filing has been served
upon all parties to this proceeding, TransColorado's customers, the
Colorado Public Utilities Commission and the New Mexico Public
Utilities Commission.
