All American Canal Lining Project

The links below will allow you to view documents that are related to the Bureau of Reclamation's ongoing implementing activities for the All American Canal Lining Project. These documents are part of the implementation process that was envisioned when -- and has been underway since -- the Bureau issued its July 29, 1994 Record of Decision, which selected the parallel canal alternative as the means of seepage conservation authorized by Title II of Public Law 100-675 (1988).

Below is a Supplemental Information Report (SIR), dated January 12, 2006, and other supporting reference documents. A "SIR" is an administrative review document that federal agencies use to assess whether the agency's National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) documentation remains adequate for the particular proposed action in question, in this case, the ongoing implementation of the Canal Lining Project.
