Name: Trent Moore   Title: Agricultural Specialist I Organization: USDA-ARS-MWA-PIRU: Iowa State University Role/Crops/Team: Mr. Moore is one of two technicians for the maize project at NCRPIS.  His primary duties include: managing field and greenhouse regenerations of maize and its wild relatives, managing the post-harvest processing of regenerations from Ames as well as from collaborating growers, and working to provide detailed morphological descriptions and images of the accessions in the maize collection. Special Interests: Mr. Moore is currently working on techniques for isolating teosinte to control cross pollination.  Trent is also developing digital training materials for teaching maize processing and other tasks to student employees.
