The National Alliance for Model State Drug Laws (the Alliance) is a resource for governors, state legislators, attorneys general, drug and alcohol professionals, community leaders, the recovering community and others striving for comprehensive and effective state drug and alcohol laws, policies and programs.
The Model Drug-Free Workplace Act was created by the Alliance as a resource and tool for states to use when creating laws or acts.
