SAAS is a national organization of state alcohol and drug abuse treatment and prevention provider associations. Through its member associations, SAAS is linked to the thousands of prevention and treatment programs that are the core of the publicly supported substance abuse system. SAAS and its member state associations work to increase federal and state funding, expand services, and improve the quality of treatment, prevention, training and research.
