U.S. Senator Jim Bunning Keynote Speaker at OKI’s Annual Meeting United States Senator Jim Bunning today provided the keynote address to nearly 400 business leaders, industry experts and elected officials at the Ohio-Kentucky-Indiana Regional Council of Governments (OKI) annual meeting. This survey provides OKI with critical data regarding the movement of people throughout the region. Households are surveyed in three steps:

Community Cab is a taxicab voucher program that will enable disabled persons to utilize cab services at a discounted price through a participating social service agency. This program is funded in part by a federal New Freedom grant through OKI, but social service agency sponsors are needed to provide a local match for the program. Sponsors will provide 50 percent of the total cost of the vouchers, which will be sold in $25 booklets. The funds provided by the sponsors will be evenly matched with OKI’s funds from the federal New Freedom grant money.
