OHCS Supports Equal Opportunities for All Oregonians
We are pledged to the letter and spirit of the U.S. policy for the achievement of fair housing and equal opportunity throughout Oregon and the nation. We encourage and support an affirmative advertising and marketing program in which there are no barriers to obtaining housing because of color, disability, familial status, national origin, race, religion, or sex.

Have you experienced housing discrimination?
If you think you have experienced housing discrimination, you may contact the Fair Housing Council of Oregon or the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Office nearest you (scroll to the very bottom for Oregon).

Fair Housing Research
The State of Oregon provides a report entitled "Analysis of Impediments to Fair Housing Choice." This research will be used to create a new five-year plan to eliminate the barriers to fair housing in Oregon.
