The Consolidated Funding Cycle (CFC) application is an open, competitive process to efficiently distribute limited grant and tax credit funds for affordable, multi-unit, rental housing development.
How To Apply:
Applications are accepted twice a year, during the Spring and Fall rounds of the CFC.
Applicants must work directly with a Regional Advisor before submitting an application.

A 16 person TAG (Technical Assistance Group) and eight OHCS
employees are working on a Consolidated Funding Cycle (CFC)
application to be used starting with the Fall 2008 funding round.
The group's first meeting is scheduled for February 21, 2007.
As the application develops, the most current draft will be
available for viewing at the 2008 CFC Application Revision web site.
