The Wirtz Labor library is proud to welcome Mr. Lee Polk, author of ERISA: Practice and Litigation for its October lecture series.
Mr. Polk is a Partner at in the Chicago law office of Barnes & Thornburg LLP with a focus on employee benefits law. He is listed in the 2008 edition of The Best Lawyers in America in the Employee Benefits area.
Additionally, he is co-chair of the Qualified Plans Committee of the ABA Section of Real Property Probate & Trust Law. He is a charter fellow of the American College of Employee Benefits Counsel and a fellow of the American Bar Foundation.
