OUTCOMES & ACCOUNTABILITY
Overview

Goal

The Oregon Commission on Children and Families (OCCF) has implemented a system of accountability to ensure that state and federal resources are used efficiently and effectively.

How it Works

OCCF evaluates the effects of local initiatives though an outcome measurement system called Building Results.

In addition, OCCF completes regular internal control reviews and requires Local Commissions on Children and Families to report fiscal and program monitoring information quarterly through the Fiscal, Monitoring, and Outcomes Reporting System (FMORS).

Annual Performance Progress Reports

As a state agency, OCCF is also required to submit annual reports on key measures that best demonstrate the progress we have made toward our mission and goals.  For more information on these Annual Performance Progress Reports, click here.
