CPSVAWC
The Communities in partnership to Stop Violence Against Women and Children (CPSVAWC) AmeriCorps Program places 25 AmeriCorps members in agencies across the state to assist in building communities in which violence against women and children is neither tolerated or ignored. AmeriCorps members serve as advocates, community educators, volunteer coordinators and lawyers and legal advocates. This is a federally funded program in the first year of a three-year funding cycle.
