HB 2665 , HB 2666 and HB 2723 were effective September 27, 2007. All condominium documents (including the declaration, bylaws, disclosure statement and unit sales agreement), reviewed, approved and recorded on or after September 27, 2007 must comply with the new statutory provisions. Please refer to the "Condominium Document Requirements 9-27-07" and individual bills.
Note that HB 3186 relating to condominium conversions and notices to tenants were effective January 1, 2008.

The Agency adopted the current Attorney General Model Rules of administrative procedure.
Notice of Permanent Administrative Rules
Permanent Advertising Rules Effective 7/1/08
The Real Estate Board approved the permanent rule for advertising (OAR 863-015-0125) and the new rules defining the criminal background check process for license applicants. There were no changes in the language of the temporary advertising rule, so the permanent rule continues the requirements that have been in place since January 18.

New License Applicant Background Check Rules effective 7/1/08
New rules implement House Bill 2157 (2005) requiring a criminal record check and criminal background fitness determination for license applicants.
