Oregon Health Promotion Placemats
These placemats were developed as part of a year-long project in 2004-05 of the Oregon Department of Human Services and the Governor’s Commission on Senior Services.
Each month, a different health topic was included on a placemat, and over 13,000 copies were mailed to the state’s Area Agencies on Aging to be used in their congregate meal sites and home-delivered meal programs. The placemats are now available below, to be downloaded, adapted with local information, and printed on legal-sized paper. New placemat topics will continue to be added from time to time.
