Dear Sir,

As a pension trustee, and also an investor I recognize the fiduciary responsibility to the investors. I strongly support the critical rule as proposed in File No. S7-36-02 that would give investors the information they need to ensure that their mutual fund companies exercise independent judgment that reflects what is good for all investors.

The argument that investors don't need to know or don't care, is absolutely ridiculous. The more investors know, the better they are prepared to make good decisions on their investments. Those in opposition to this rule must have something to hide.

Sincerely,

Verlow D. Haddon, Pension Trustee
