From: Karen Spudich [Barlocal@worldnet.att.net] Sent: Monday, November 18, 2002 12:35 PM To: rule-comments@sec.gov Subject: File No. S7-36-02 November 18, 2002 RE: SEC Proposal on Mutual Fund Proxy Voting Disclosure Due to the recent collapse of Enron and the loss of 1.5 trillion in workers' savings, we are in support of the SEC proposal which will require mutual funds to disclose their proxy voting. We feel that all reasonable means of ensuring the safekeeping of retirement funds should be a requirement of any company in Corporate America and disclosing proxy voting would be another step in that direction.
